Alone

I feel so alone
Empty, feeling no love shown

Having trouble maintaining
Disappointments leaving stains

I feel like a hollow shell
My heart has too many stories to tell

I am tired of the pain
Hard to remain sane

Not knowing which way to turn
No one else is even concerned

Tired of hurting
Tired of love always deserting

Can’t take the lies anymore
Not sure what my future has in store

Now hurt is all my heart can fear
When will my loneliness disappear
