Before you can expect someone to love you
You have to love yourself and accept you for YOU
First and foremost you need to love where you came from
The road has not always been easy or fun
But these lessons you learn along the way
Make you a better person for the next day
Don’t ever be ashamed of who you are
You’ve made it this far
Not to let anyone dictate what you feel inside
What is in your heart is not a lie
Don’t let others make you feel less a woman
You don’t have to answer to no man
Stand up and be proud
